Returns and Exchanges 

Returns can be made within 14 days of your initial order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

When making a return you must send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing or are damaged in transit. 


If you wish to exchange your print an additional postage cost must be paid before we can resend. We do not cover postage on exchanges.

You will be given the option of an exchange or we will refund your payment minus postage. We aim to reimburse you within 14 working days.


Please note that due to monitor settings colours of prints may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen. 

Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong order or if your order is damaged on arrival, we will happily send you a replacement. 

Missed Deliveries 

If you missed your delivery, or if your delivery is returned to us by An Post, we can resend your order but will need to charge for postage again. An Post will automatically return missed deliveries to us. Alternatively, you're welcome to collect your order in person at Hen's Teeth, Blackpitts, Dublin 8.
